Lines 7-9 give a Mason family of no known relation. Daughter Nancy C. Mason shows up in the FamilySearch Ancestral File as Nancy C. Mayson with father, Francis M. Mayson and mother, Anna W. Horton (here given as Anna Mason). Susan F. Mason is given as S. Francis Mayson.
Lines 20-23 give a Ramsey family of no known relation. Catharine Ramsey and her son, David show up again in Arkansas in the 1880 census in Barren, Independence, Arkansas. Rather than South Carolina, Catharine is said to have been born in Missouri in that census.
