Elizabeth J. Gray vs. W.B. Gray & Judgement

It is adjudged that the marriage of the plaintiff and defendant is dissolved and set aside and the plaintiff is restored to all of the rights and privileges of an unmarried woman, and is awarded the care custody and control of the infant children of said marriage; and all property obtained by these parties during, and directly and indirectly in consideration thereof, of which disposition was not made when this action was begun, is respectively restored to them. The plaintiff will pay the warning order attorney $10 for his services in this cause.
