Notes

History inserted into Miller Family Bible indicated spouses for three sisters of Philip Miller. Two of these were used to "triangulate" Philip's parents. (I did some searching and found a Miller with the appropriate husband born at about the right time. I only found independent records for two of the three pairs and the records I found agreed on parents. I further did some research on the parents and was able to find that a Philip Miller was attested to among their children. The father's name is rather unusual and while most sources give it as Rudio, I have seen it also given as Rudie.)
