I James Lowe a legal Heir of Samuel Lowe Deceased has this day sold to my Mother Mary Lowe allof my undivided Interest in the house place of one hundred and twenty-nine acres three roods and nine poles as Surveyed by James Said the seventh day of March one thousand eight hundred + forty six which land lies in Pendleton County Ky on the waters of little fork-lick creek bounded by the lins of John Shivley Sen, Edmund Wells Jacob Fogle Deceased and a tract of thirty-one acres belonging to the heirs of the widow young for which I Mary Lowe is to pay my son James Lowe the sum of Sixty dollars payable in the following manner to wit twenty-five dollars tome in hand paid and thirty-five dollars due by note on the twenty-fifth day of December next and when the last payment is made I bind my self my Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns to convey title by way of a quit claim deed to all of my afore-said undivided interest in the land aforesaid with all of the improvements thereunto belonging. Signed this eighteenth day of May 1857
