The 1870 census listed below does not look like a likely match.
The 1870 census listed below only matches if we assume that the census taker messed up on Nancy's age and birthplace. This is not unlikely. The estimated time of marriage based on childrens' ages matches nicely, and, of course, names match nicely, but this is not strong enough to be completely certain of a match, and searching through the records reveals a very spotty picture so that it is hard to tell if there might be another likely Robert and Nancy Rolls. (At least one other such relationship was found, but the marriage was over a decade earlier, which wouldn't make sense.)

The 1870 census listed below only matches if we assume that the census taker messed up on Nancy's age and birthplace. This is not unlikely. The estimated time of marriage based on childrens' ages matches nicely, and, of course, names match nicely, but this is not strong enough to be completely certain of a match, and searching through the records reveals a very spotty picture so that it is hard to tell if there might be another likely Robert and Nancy Rolls.
