Notes

This daughter was hard to have confidence in as an actual child of Thomas and Belinda. The birthdate on the death certificate is probably wrong, because it is too close to Arthur C. Lowe's birthdate. I suspect that she was actually born around March 1881. The data on her marriage certificate for her marriage to Homer Wilson is in line with that hypothesis. Either way, the 1890 census isn't very helpful due to its incompleteness, and Mary was over 18 by the time of the 1900 census and may have been married already. I have not been able to find her. Identifying her with a census record after she moved out would seem extremely difficult even if I found a likely candidate, considering the limited information I have on her relations.

It was tempting to identify her with Nancy M. Lowe, born Mar 1880, but the burial information makes that identification seem implausible. Nancy has a headstone in the Plum Creek Church Cemetery, Campbell Co., Kentucky, but the death certificate asserts that Mary was buried in "Falmouth, Ky", which is in Pendleton County. This would be where Mary was born, and where her father lived. Unfortunately, most of the headstones in this area are not indexed by FindAGrave. Might be worth a trip out there to visit the many headstones in Falmouth, as well as the nearby Morgan Cemetery, where Mary's father and some siblings are buried. (I'm willing to believe that nearby Morgan might have been described as Falmouth, but not a cemetery in Campbell County.)
